PPC #39974 Sonoma Valley

I am curious... has anyone recently rode on or have seen Pacific Parlour Car #39974?

After a trip on the Coast Starlight earlier this week, I went back and looked at my photos since 2009 of Coast Starlight trips. I have been on about 10 runs -- and have never gotten this car. I am wondering if it's just the odds -- or if this car isn't used very often? All of my rides have been on one of the four other PPC's... #39970 (Columbia Valley), #39972 (Napa Valley, #39973 (Santa Lucia Highlands), or #39975 (Willamette Valley).

Perhaps that is the one mentioned in another post. It was seen in Chicago after servicing in beech grove. I don't recall the name or number. Perhaps that will be found in another post.
