Most people don't know that prison systems transport prisoners constantly between prisons on buses, it' s called "diesel therapy" in the Federal System! ( as opposed to "Con Air", the Nick Cage movie)

This is a tragedy, as are all such accidents! The roads in West Texas ice up much more than most people realize and are very dangerous to drive!

Riding in any bus is dangerous, but to be locked and handcuffed inside a school type bus on icy roads, without a seat belt, is really a crime!( and this includes the guards too, the article said the bus was " New" but it sounds like 1950!! And to think, millions of our kids ride these rolling coffins daily!!)
