RailRunner no longer requires annual disabled vets pass renewal.

Disabled vets in the past were required to renew their free pass each year. Not a big problem for locals but for those out of RailRunner area or out of state who intermittently use it, that was a pain since you can't do it on weekends or evenings and must do it before travel. Now changed. i just renewed mine and it no longer expires.

FYI: RailRunner is New Mexico's commuter rail between Santa Fe and Belen with Albuquerque in between.
