It's Amtrak #156 to Washington, then an hour and half layover over until our 2nd segment resumes on Amtrak #168.
So my question is will #168 this be on completely different cars or the same cars that came in on Amtrak #156.
Because I'm wondering if we can just leave Luggage, carryon's on the car and go up into the train station without having to lug our luggage up into the Union Station .
Just would be easier if we can leave luggage in the car we came north in from Roanoke.
Does anyone know? I'm sure others have taken this route on a Saturday before?
