On train 59, the SCA was Kevin.
On train 58, the SCA was Manny.
Both these employee's did a great job. They introduced theme self's early on in the trip. Made sure any questions I had were answered and noted the time to turn the bed down. They also offered a wake up call.
The southbound trip had it ups and downs. We left Chicago about an hour late. Elevator was broke in the diner. That was the low point of he trip. Supper and breakfast was limited, got a boxed lunch for the noon meal.
Arrived New Orleans about a hour early.
