I was surprised by the 1.8 million passengers! I didn't think it was that big. I thought the big thing in Sanford was the AT!

But even so, the question remains - why? :blush:

I'm usually all for additional trains, but chalk this one up in the bad ideas category. There isn't nearly enough demand there to warrant service in my opinion. They'd be far better off going after the rights to Stanton Spur to get to OIA...If they do it any locomotive hauled train would be way too much. Maybe they can get the DMUs from South Florida for cheap...
