September AGR E-mail

Today I received an e-mail from AGR, my first one since Ive been a member, showing my balances as of Sept. 2009! It is substantially lower than the current balance shown when I check my account on line, which one is official, if I ask for an award and their records show a lower balance than my account, would I be denied the award? The amount in my account is up to date according to my records except for the upcoming Oct. Bonus Bonanza points for 8/20 and my soon to be,shudder, delivered AGR MC bill? :blink: Does the left hand know what the right is doing, or does one computer in Quebec speak French and the other English? :lol:

The one you get when you pull up your account is right. The one shown in the email was right when it was computed. However, even though you may have received it on September 15, it may show the total as of September 3. The trips you took on September 5 and September 8 will not be on there.

I just received my AGR credit card bill in the mail today. It shows that I owe $x,xxx! That is wrong - I owe (almost) -0- instead. The billing cycle closed on 9/10 and I paid it online on 9/12!

Does the left hand know what the right is doing :lol:
