There appears to be a complete signal failure between at least Millburn and Dover this morning. It may be more extensive beyond Millburn, but I don;t know for sure. New York bound trains are running over 30mins late by the time they get to Short Hills, and are crawling along at restricted speed, but they are still running. All signals are displaying red as they are supposed to when in failure mode. NJTransit's web site, which is often disconnected from reality, claims that trains are all running on time on the Morristown Line, which of course they are not.
