Well, in less than 2 weeks, I will be riding the Silver Star from Tampa to Philadelphia. What is the performance history for Train 92? Is it frequently delayed? The reason I’m asking is I am scheduled to transfer to Keystone 669 for the leg to Elizabethtown. What happens if it is delayed and I arrive at PHL after the Keystones have stopped running? Just curious...

In those two months, the Star has missed that connection thrice, two of which were in the weekend. And those three all happened in the span of eight days back in January, so there may have been some particular issue at the time causing the delays. So considering it hasn't missed that last Keystone in more than six weeks, I think I can say that your odds are exceedingly good.
If you do miss it though, they'll probably put you on a bus or put you up in a hotel. Someone more familiar with Philly and the Keystones can give you more information.

If it is close enough, they will hold 671 for connecting passengers. Otherwise, they typically arrange alternate transportation. 92 is a long distance train that comes from Miami. There is a lot of railroad between MIA and PHL which means there is a lot of potential for delays.

Another option is to take a Thruway bus from Tampa to Orlando and ride the Silver Meteor instead - it would get you into Philadelphia earlier in the day in which case you'd have a much better chance of having another keystone train available later on in the day if you miss your connection...the Meteor's OTP also tends to be a bit better than the Star as well...…..not to mention the Meteor has a full dining car....just food for thought.... can understand the desire to train the whole way though I probably would too.

The star hasn't been too bad as of late. I live along the route and I haven't seen it in forever which means it's been less than an hour and a half late or on time for the last few months.

Is this a guaranteed connection?
As to the comment about taking the Meteor, I would agree. The earlier one arrives in PHL, the more options become available, even if actual arrival is later in the day.
