The refurbished sleeper I just rode in on 5 from Chicago to Salt Lake City is an improvement. The temperature dial worked in my roomette. The room was cold when I boarded in Chicago. I set it to the warmest setting and the room was actually too warm. I adjusted the dial and it cooled off to just right. The electrical outlet was not refurbished. It struggled to hold my plug for charging my phone.
