I'm having trouble figuring out where the wheelchair path from the upper level (light rail tracks and downtown streets) to the lower level streets (north of the Northstar tracks) is. People who can handle stairs walk down through the ampitheater, but what about people who can't?

There's an elevator area under the large screen. I don't have any photos of it yet, but they basically would use the elevator to go up and down.
