Passengers at Farringdon Station, in the heart of the capital, were given a running commentary on the state of the service.
"Let's see, shall we put money on it, I am going to put money on a Circle being your first train in," he began, before adding that the train was likely to be empty which meant everybody was likely to get a seat.

"Is this what having a nervous breakdown feels like" and “You’ve got two options – apart from shooting yourself, and who could blame you."
