Being Monday morning I expected a wait, little did I know that I could have walked from PDX-SPK quicker than I got to talk to an agent, but finally got connected and received first rate service! (thanks Laura!!)from Customer Relations!
For having to ride Coach from PDX-SPL on #28 due to a bad ordered sleeper on an AGR trip I will receive a travel voucher for $100, had already gotten 1,000 Goodwill points returned to my account, I consider this fair and balanced :lol: , as other posters have said you never know, some get large vouchers, some get small, some get nada! Guess Ill be forced to take another trip after the blackout and before the fall double points promo expires!
Also put in kudoos for my three Outstanding SCAs on the just completed trip on the SWC(Joann), CS(Joey Cortez) and EB (Stan), is it a coincidence that all three were on crack trains and that this was the AGR award part of my trip!Laura assured me that their route managers would receive notification of the props from me, Im sure other pax did/will do the same!
