Where was this picture taken?

I got this as part of an email with my AGR statement. If I squint, I think I can see the overhead catenary and even a bit of the pantograph, so I don't think this is a Photoshopped image. On the other hand, I'm a bit mystified over where this tunnel is located. It doesn't look like any place I'm familiar with, and I've ridden the whole corridor between Washington and Boston many times.

The "tunnel" is more of a bridge, one can see the far edge of the roof on the left side by enlarging.
Not that I have any idea of the location...

Looks like you can see the horizontal top of the other fence, as if there were a fairly narrow road going over a bridge, but it's pretty dark in there.

Oh well, I only went through it every day for close to 20 years. Don't know why I couldn't recognize it. In my defense, it was dark out for most of the times I rode through it.
