Does anyone know if the 20,000-point signup bonus will still be honored even though the Amtrak/BOA partnership seems to be ending? I opened my account in the beginning of November and reached the spending amount to qualify a couple weeks ago. So theoretically the points should post when the next billing period closes.

"Seems to be ending". No official announcement of any breakup date. You initiated your account in November so you should get what you are entitled to either by BoA or Amtrak.
