Wrong kind of rail photography

Saw this pic on Instagram and my immediate reaction was WTF? Part of me doesn't want to be a scold regarding an obviously staged photo (is that even an American engine?) but seeing the purported Miami Beach location and thinking of all the crossing incidents on Brightline, it's in bad taste.
