Canadians arriving at same time in Edmonton

This doesn't happen terribly often, but still more than you would imagine. One train gets to sit at the station and the other waits in the yard for around an hour. Must be boring!

That's what happened to me on the way into Jasper - we had to sit on the siding right outside of Jasper until the Westbound left. VIA has there own ways of doing things haha.

when on Number 2 last thursday just south of Sioux Lookout, we waited on a siding for number 1 (with rapido trains Jason shron onboard!) to pass.
