New trainsets for Norway

Norway has put out a tender for new trainsets; including new sleeping cars. These designs look pretty cool, but I think a roomette layout might make more sense for 2-berth compartments. More could compartments could fit in the train and they'd have larger windows, which is a plus is they want to sell them as day compartments too. Thoughts?

Are you sure those are actual renderings of what they are ordering (actually, it's more an RFP at this stage) and not just suggestions?
