Try again, the latest day that you can book online is Feb 28, 2018. I was able to find the Cardinal departing on the 27th....

Well, it's now back for all the appropriate dates but for some reason I can't book the CARD from CHI to EWR - even on 27 Feb 2018. But you can book to TRE and NYP! I give up.

Newark, NJ = NWK

If you are going to Newark airport you connect with NJ transit that stops there. The Cardinal is a nice trip, very scenic but the route is LONG and not very fast. Its also quite expensive. When we go CHI to PHL we have resorted to using the NEC to WAS and then board the CL to CHI. Even using twotrains its a much shorter trip
