Maybe it’s a matter of having pride in the product you provide the public.

I think it’s important to have clean windows on, especially, the multi day trips out of Chicago. For many picture taking is an inherent part of the trip.

I thought National Train Day was a great way to boost rail travel in general and Amtrak specifically. Only very narrow thinking wouldn’t see the benefit to Amtrak.

Once saw a thunder storm with lots of lightning strikes from my roomette with the lights out. One of the greatest shows I’ve ever had.

I like the upper in the east(window). Indifferent in the west.

I rode the Trailways Five Star Golden Eagle Service from LA to Philly back in’62. Those amenities really made for a comfortable trip. Not as good as the train but less expensive I think.

I remember traveling north from NO to Chicago and, in the last car, and been bounced around to the extreme.

On my trips the PPC was restricted to sleeper passengers.

I've seen multiple Amtrak ads on a variety of channels here in New Jersey over at least the last week if not longer.
