Welcome to AU, as I'm sure you're aware there is no Amtrak service on the Oregon coast. I think your closest major station would be Eugene, which appears to be reasonably accessible https://www.amtrak.com/stations/eug But I have no experience with using that or any other station in your situation. Hopefully someone else here can provide more info.
 
Thanks for the reply, yeah Eugene is my closest, haven’t been on a train in a lot of years and hopefully I can make it work with my power chair.

Pacific Crest Bus Lines runs Thruway service that connects Florence with Amtrak's Eugene station. two to three times a day. That's likely accessible with most mobility devices, but power chairs require some research. Also, Amtrak Thruway buses may require 48 hours notice for mobility devices.
