It will likely show up if you add the trip to your basket and start to check out… you will then see the discount.
Until recently, it showed up front, now it doesn't show until you get to the payment page, but it's still there. Just did a dry run to check.
Remember it applies to rail fare only, not accommodation charges or Business Class seat charges. It also doesn't apply to AGR award travel.
It is there. If you are using the browser you have to select when starting your trip search. If you have an AGR profile, it can be saved in there but is only applied automatically in the app. Again, you have to choose it every time when using the browser version.
Right up front in the Travelers drop-down.
