Talk to those at the entrance and ask questions. Why are there no snacks? When will they return? Who’s decision is it? Who is the supervisor/ manager in charge? What is his contact phone number/email? Etc., etc., etc. No doubt they at least know who their boss is. And report back to us.😁

No problem in coach on the TE for me. Both during the day and sleeping with mask at nighttime. This was the first time wearing a mask while sleeping and was pleasantly surprised it did not bother me.

I see a fire risk assessment and safety review of the Amtrak Beech Grove’s facilities in the very near future.

We stopped just east of the Jackson St overpass at what appeared to be a section house two weeks ago. Loaded a passenger from the north side. Or someone could just call Amtrak and ask.

Any idea what exactly they were doing?

Do passenger cars have a service life limit like revenue freight cars?

If you need a clear policy simply ride any LD train and it will consistently be explained to you at every station stop after new passengers have boarded and the train is departing. By the end of the trip you should be able to make the announcement yourself. If one still does not understand, you...
