I have slightly more than 5000 TQPs. I live in Florida so usual travel is long distance. Due to circumstances, I have not traveled much lately. I was Select Executive for many years until 2024.

I received a targeted offer with 1000 bonus TQPs and double TPQs for travel before year end with the incentive to move from Select to Select Plus.

Thanks for sharing. I rode from Anchorage to Fairbanks (Goldstar) in late May 2017 and loved the experience.

Welcome to Amtrak Unlimited. Many families reserve roomettes across the aisle from each other (2 in each room). In order to do that, you should make your reservation by telephone with an agent. Two connecting bedrooms can be quite expensive and supply is limited.

From what I have heard, the power is back on (or was never lost) in the core downtown area. However, some of areas just outside downtown (like Audubon Park in 32803) were still without power this morning.

My building has a generator that controls one elevator, water pump that can pump water to upper floors, stairwell lights, security cameras, one outlet in rec room, lobby lights on each floor. The generator is not connected to anything in individual units.

I am pleased Milton has left Florida. I was without power for over 13 hours.
