Thanks! That would be the simplest way to go. My concern had been the stories about crime in the general Superdome area. Nothing would spoil a trip worse than coming back to find your car stolen.

Another possibility would be to park anywhere within reason, but safe and cheap, and then take a taxi to the station. Any parking suggestions for that option? One other factor is an early morning departure on the Crescent, so the parking lot/garage will have to be one that opens fairly early.

Is there a safe place to park near the New Orleans station? Preferably inexpensive. This would be for 4 days.
