While in Japan in 2023, I bought a wonderful (discounted) Kato model 165 Series from the Kato store in Kyoto Station, and I’ve finally found some time to make a small diorama for it to sit on. It’s my first time model railroading since 2020.
I went over to Ace Hardware and got a 12x50” shelf. Works really well! Should be done in a few days, after pouring the river - going to install some plexiglass and an external move-on-command button to allow my toddle to play safely.
