134 got named?

I was looking at Railpictures.net tonight when I noticed this picture. It looks like Gov. Michael S. ______ is stenciled on the engine, a la 182's Gov. Tommy Thompson. Anyone know who this guy is and what he did for Amtrak (the 134 guy that is)?

Well ... I can't say for certain, but it almost looks like the photographer might be having some fun with a photo editing program.

The last name on the loco is a bit blurry, but it looks like it might be the photog's last name. Also, this photo was taken 7/15/05; there's 2 other photos showing the left front of 134 on Railpictures.net, one taken on 5/15/05 & the other on 8/25/05, and the name isn't there on either of them.

Guys I took a close look when I noticed it yesterday and was wondering myself, but it is the Photographers name...very small, but just legible enough. Photoshop isn't just for the company itself anymore :lol:

No it isn't named at all I did see her on 8/17/05 and she didn't have it at all. One of Friends sent me the link and goes is this the case? Note this was on the Kerry/Edwards train as well.
