They ARE up, thru July at least.

I had to re-jigger my X country trip, as I had a train departing on July 1.

Remember, one of the proposals in the "New and Improved AGRII" is that there will be no Blackout Dates!

Although there are currently blackout dates listed on the AGR website for 2016 thrh July -- and AGR agents are applying those blackout rules.

If the new AGR 2.0 eliminates blackouts, I assume that will occur at the same instant that the new award level requirements get applied.
