OK, Now that I know what to expect when boarding the Adirondack at NYP, I have another question. What type of lounge car does the Adirondack typically have in it's consist? Is it the same style you find on the Northeast Regionals? Or is it one of the Amfleet Lounges with different types of seating?

Also, I have celiac disease, which means I can't have wheat, barley, or rye foods. What does Amtrak typically stock for food options?

The Adirondack runs with an AmCafe in the middle of its consist. That's the same type of cafe/lounge used on the Northeast Regional trains.
