During times of severe weather or service disruptions, they will sometimes announce cross-honoring of tickets on common routes.

I understand that there are in some cases (CA and CT come to mind) where they also do so on a regular, but limited basis.

Does anyone know of any others? Especially interested on the Keystone - Downingtown line…

The only time I experienced cross honoring was after the Amtrak 188 crash in May 2015, when NJT and SEPTA both cross honored Amtrak tickets to travel NYP - TRE then West Trenton to PHL, free shuttle bus between TRE and West Trenton. It was that way for about a week until the tracks at Shore were reopened.

In Southern California, tickets for Metrolink's Ventura County Line are valid on the Pacific Surfliner as part of a "Codeshare" program. (Last year I took the PS from LA Union Station to Ventura on a $10 Metrolink Weekend Day Pass.) PS tickets are apparently also accepted on the Ventura County Metrolink trains.

Monthly passes for the PS, Metrolink, and Coaster (Oceanside - San Diego) are cross-honored between the stations of the pass's validity ("Rail 2 Rail").

I believe Amtrak used to accept NJT commuter passes on its former “Clocker” trains, but then NJT replaced those with additional trains of its own as far as Trenton.

Will Amtrak accept any SEPTA tickets from PHL to Downingtown, at certain times?
Or any others, MARC, VRE, etc.?

NJT actually subsidised the Clockers until they essentially took them over and truncated them to Trenton. Some of the role of the Clickers between NYP and PHL is now played by the Keystones on the NEC.

Love using the codeshare program. I have the free student ticket so I can get a two hour Surfliner ride in for free.
