I saw on the weather channel that they were holding 3 trains because of the flooded tracks at My Joy.

That's where you need a Budd RDC (or a steam locomotive), which can run thru water above their axles in an emergency like that.....

What is with half of the video being obstructed by those popup videos? Is that a new think from youtube or is the author of the video responsible?

I live in western PA. I have not heard one word of flooding in the east. We have had no heavy rain here in weeks.
