Thats fantastic news - ironically the service advisory went up a day ago and is still live showing Feb 29th as the return date.

I can only go off what the agents tell me. 3 different calls all 3 the same answer. RUNNING NORMAL guess I will find out Saturday.

Have to agree.. If this was the UK it would take 6 months to schedule a meeting just to discuss how to go about fixing the issue
