Just putzin around on Amtrak.com! I plugged in DEN to OKJ & found the same day connection to OKJ from EMY is 65 minutes,if on time! Is this a guaranteed connection?

A different thought. I just looked on Uber EMY Amtrak to OkJ Amtrak (it’s 3pm about the time the train gets in) and it’s $4.94 if you are willing to go pool and $13.94 for a private ride. Your ace in the hole if you miss the connection could be a 5 buck Uber or if it’s ontime/early and you don’t want to wait the 65 mins.

Plus they're unreserved trains so just hop on the next one without changing your ticket. Trains leave Emeryville 5:15pm, 6;25pm, 7:35pm, 8:35pm, 10:50pm, and 12:10am for Oakland.
