Amtrak officially unveiled it's “America’s Railroad Salutes Our Veterans” locomotive today.

Amtrak says it's meant to "commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam War and to honor those that have served in all modern conflicts."

They also announced that they plan to hire more than 3,000 employees over the next year, 25 percent of which will be vets.
