Amtrak does not have a Do Not Travel list like the airlines do.
Amtrak cannot permanently ban anyone without "due process", which means tried, convicted and sentenced including a court order banning them from traveling by Amtrak train.

It's my understanding that Amtrak rarely pursues this to the end thus it's pretty rare.
That is exactly what I thought.....to do otherwise, could subject Amtrak to some unwanted litigation......

Unless you have to show photo ID to travel, it would seem that changing one's appearance (growing or shaving a mustache or beard, for example) would be a fairly simple proposition.

Growing or shaving facial hair might be more of a challenge for the ladies, of course.

Amtrak does have wanted posters on 2 people

both are known for sneaking on the train with out a ticket

and bringing BBQ on the train from taylor to austin

here is a picture of the 2 of them :giggle: :giggle:

if u see them on a train call amtrak security or a conducter

I think I recognize the person on the left. He jumps on the Texas Eagle in San Antonio

and eats breakfast in the diner and hops off in Austin!!
