I saw a part of it. He was aboard a refurbed Acela (he was in BC, talking to people at the conference tables), and later he went to the cafe. Then I think he was in the station but I missed the second half.

Ah, that explains it...I noticed the tables but I couldn't figure them out, they didn't look like the tables I've seen on the Superliner. I guess you mean British Columbia??

The station was PHL.

They did a nice deal where they were able to throw in one of the Amtrak commercials onto the tape-- meaning any station that bought the syndication had to air the ad.

Amtrak sent out a solicitation last month to be on the show. You had to reply with some details and, if chosen, you were given a free Acela round trip PHL-NYP-PHL. The Amtrak segments were recorded on September 9.

I declined to participate. My problems are just too complex for Dr. Phil. I need a whole team of shrinks and much more than the 70 minute run time PHL-NYP.

BC=Business Class which is really just regular coach class for Acela
