E-ticket/AGR Points

Several of my recent Double Point/Bar-B-Q Runs from AUS-TAY have not Posted to my AGR Account! When I boarded the Eagle in AUS and TAY, the Conductors told me that their Reader doesnt always work! I filled out the Missing point Form for AGR and when nothing happened (there have been several threads on this on different Rail Sites)I called and was told if 21 Days have Passed that, just like before e-ticketing, I would have to Mail in my copy of the e-ticket to get Credit for the Missing Trips? :wacko: ***???

Anthony: Over the past Four weeks Ive made 4 Round Trips AUS-TAY-AUS, None of the Points have Posted, all were e-tickets picked up @ the Station! Im not counting the one I did Fri the 21st, have another scheduled for tomorrow???? :unsure:

Jim, was your AGR member number correctly indicated on the reservation and printed on the eTicket receipts? Maybe check it for accuracy, as well as the exact spelling of your name against the AGR account? i.e. if the ticket says Jim but your account name is James, this will not work.
