(10-27) 08:11 PDT SAN LEANDRO -- A brief power outage at BART's Bay Fair Station in San Leandro has slowed trains and is causing major delays for commuters trying to get from the East Bay to San Francisco.
The glitch, which is not related to this morning's minor earthquake, has delayed trains on the Fremont to Richmond line, the Fremont to Daly City line and the Dublin/Pleasanton to Daly City line.
Equipment did not properly reset itself after the power went out at roughly 6:30 a.m.
