PHASE V: I voted this phase. There are some train cars and locomotives designed with this phase. Also, EMD F42PHI uses this phase, although they use the regular Amtrak lettering.

Ummm, could you familiarize me with that engine. The only passenger product I'm aware of that EMD has come out with since 1976 is the F40PH, F59PH, and F59PHI.

None of which carry the "Phase V" paint scheme.

Perhaps he means GE's P42DC.
