Great Dome coming to Wolverine

I rode the Dome today on #300 from Joliet to Chicago... what was nice was the attitude of the crew vs. the attitude of the crew on the Cardinal the last two times that I rode earlier this month from NYP to CHI. The crew on the Lincoln Service didnt feel they had to kick everyone out an hour out (I was worried this would happen getting on in Joliet). I was able to ride right into Union Station on the Dome. On the Cardinal, the crew felt they had to kick everyone out before coming into Union Station. Chicago is my "home town"... how often can you ride a Dome into CUS? The nice STL crew today didnt kick everyone out before CUS... and look... the world didn't blow up and no one trampled each other getting off the train or whatever their reasoning was for kicking everyone out. It was VERY special riding into Chicago on the Dome today.

Okay, I swear I just saw the dome car on the Wolverine. We were walking by the tracks tonight (in anticipation of the train, of course), and when the 9:32 Wolverine passed us, I saw the dome car near the end of the consist, just ahead of the rear locomotive. My boyfriend couldn't figure out why I was freaking out and pointing because he couldn't hear me shouting over the train.

Is it back for part of the winter? I thought it was going elsewhere after Thanksgiving.
