Hi guys,

I didn't have any response from the trainweb site so will try here.

For an article I'm doing, can any of you point me to a website/map that would show what our passenger train network looked like in, say, the 1930's or 40's?

Imagine, Omaha Nebraska used to have dozens of trains go through Union Station each day.

Thanks!

Scott

Scott,

I can't get you back quite that far, but I can direct you to a map from the 60's. Its not a great map, but it will give you some idea. Click here to be taken to NARP's map page. There are links to various maps from 62 to present on this page.

If I can find anything else I'll post another link.

Hope this helps some. :)

Scott,

I found something else, although these seem to be older than what you are looking for. I also didn't see any maps that showed the whole county, but you may still find it interesting, if not helpful.

The maps are from the Library of Congress and you can find them here.
