Welcome aboard, Kirk! I know exactly how you feel! I’d ride a train just for the sake of riding a train. Watching the world go by outside a train window is almost the most fun I know how to have!

Well, dannasgoodstuff Like I said in my introduction, I have had a lifelong love of trains. I've wanted to join a group like this discussing the future of passenger trains in general and Amtrak specifically. This might surprise some people (oh, I'm not trying to cause a political argument on the board, so I hope I don't offend anyone), but I'm conservative but I do support Amtrak.
