Last week, I made a couple of transfers from Continental to AGR. Today, all posted except one. Concerned, I called Continental and had them verify the AGR # it was transferred to. It turns out that my AGR account has 10 digits. When the agent verified the AGR # on the Onepass transfer, it was missing a '5' and was only 9 digits. I will get this resolved, but I think it will be much easier if they don't have to remove miles that may have posted to someone else's account in error.
My question is: Do all AGR accounts consist of 10 digits? Does anyone have a 9 digit or 11 digit AGR #. I realize Onepass may know little about AGR but it may be easier for them to resolve if I can prove to them that an AGR account with less than 10 numbers is invalid. I don't want them to think the miles have posted to someone's account already. The best scenario would be if AGR could look up the transfer attempt and add that missing digit and post it to my account.
