Yes, the normal smoke stops are Galesburg, Ottumwa, Omaha, Denver, Fraser, Glenwood Springs, Grand Junction, Salt Lake City, Winnemucca, Reno, and Sacramento.
Although if the train is running late, the stops may be abbreviated to try to make up time - I was once the only passenger boarding a CZ at Fraser when it was about 2½ hours late, and the stop was just long enough for me to get on the train (less than 30 seconds).
Because Fraser/Winter Park is not a crew change or servicing stop it's more likely to be curtailed when time is needed. On the other hand it's the most likely for snowball tossing when there is time.
