Anything to do around the Jacksonville, FL station without taking a taxi? Is it a safe area?
Does JTA offer service to the airport? If so, would you know the route(s)? Sometimes after finishing my Amtrak trip in JAX a taxi trip to the airport (to get a rental car) is necessary for me. Those $25 and up taxi rides hurt my pocketbookThe JTA has hourly bus service to downtown and Jax Beach. About 30 min to downtown and an hour or so to the beach. The bus route lays over at Amtrak.
Yes, the CT3 route will get you from downtown out to the airport.Does JTA offer service to the airport? If so, would you know the route(s)? See JTA web site. I used route CT4 from Amtrak to the Rosa Parks transit center and then CT3 to airport last month. $1.50 per ride.Does JTA offer service to the airport? The JTA is working on bringing Amtrak back to the former train station, which is close to downtown and connected to the Skyway people mover.JAX definately could use a new location.
It's only planning and planning about a vision. Dosen't matter when it's not even under construction. The JTA is working on bringing Amtrak back to the former train station, which is close to downtown and connected to the Skyway people mover.JAX definately could use a new location.
