Associated Press is reporting that Joseph Boardman told a Senate panel that "trains more vulnerable than planes".

Edit: Here's a link to a longer story about the hearing (this is from the C-Span site). Apparently the Senate hearing will be shown on C-Span starting at 3:35 Eastern. At least that's what's being shown on C-Span now as what's coming up.
