LA Union Station - Baggage Carts Available?

I should really know the answer to this as LA is my home station. Just never paid attention or had a need.
Are baggage carts (airport type) available at LAUS? Or Chicago or anywhere else? And yes, I am well aware of Red Cap service - used them many times. Always helpful.

Those baggage carts seem to have gotten scarce at both train stayions and airports about the same time in the early 2000s that rollerbags became popular.
