For all you Missouri and Illinois Residents, I recieved a email from Illinois Department Of Transportation. They are looking to reinstate the Northbound 6:40 AM Lincoln Service from St. Louis to Chicago and the Southbound 5 PM train from Chicago to St Louis by the middle of July.

Based on the linked article it sounds like it's not yet certain that the second round-trip will return at all.
