So, I'm on the Star tonight heading into Miami (tentatively; I might hop off a few stops early depending on a few things). I was wondering...is there a dinner service for sleeper pax on either train (like the Star has going into New York)?
As Bill said, no chow on either train Cliff! The Cafe is probably out of most items anyway! Southern Florida has plenty of great joints to eat,it's similar to riding the Crescent or CONO into NOL where you want to eat something good when you get off the train! So, I'm on the Star tonight heading into Miami (tentatively; I might hop off a few stops early depending on a few things). Yes, dinner is served. Sometimes it is a limited menu and there are generally not a large crowd eating since most people want to have dinner in New Orleans. Not to hijack the thread but what about the Crescent going south? Is there dinner service before getting into NOLA?
Here it is.Didn't someone do a nice chart of all the meal services on each train a few months back?
I remember asking for that to be pinned as a FAQ, but it apparently wasn't. It should be.
