I would love to know what the signal maintainer responsible for that crossing thinks. Their checks take a decent amount of time. And I'm sure this one has comments

Danbury Branch at Georgetown, developer went bankrupt there was suppose to be over 400 condo's going in at old Georgtown wire mill site.

approving a crossing takes over two years, getting it taken out about 5 times as long.
